What can you expect?

By seeking mental health and well-being support you will enter a joint process between the psychologist and you, in sessions that last up to 50-60 minutes, every one or two weeks. The goal is to build a strong alliance between you and the psychologist, which is based on compassion, support, safety, and understanding. This special bond allows for honesty, accountability, healing, self-compassion, and personal growth, characterized by “unconditional positive regard”. We grow & bloom together.
